Lubbock Campus Administrator
Location: Renew Life Church, Lubbock, Texas
Reports To: Lubbock Campus Pastor
Position Status: Salary - Non-Exempt - Not Clergy Eligible
Schedule: Full Time (Sundays Required)
Purpose:
To provide high-level administrative and operational support for the Lubbock Campus, ensuring systems, processes, and financial stewardship support a great Sunday experience and advance Renew Life Church’s mission “to see the lost saved; the saved living Spirit-filled, led and empowered… living unified in spiritual family; living on mission advancing God’s Kingdom.
Desired Outcomes:
● Ensure Lubbock Campus operations are organized, efficient, and aligned with
church-wide systems and policies.
● Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing and campus-level budget stewardship.
● Support the Campus Pastor with strong administrative execution that increases leadership effectiveness and focus.
● Ensure Planning Center and related systems accurately reflect campus activity, enabling effective follow-up, assimilation, and ministry coordination.
● Coordinate campus events (Baptisms, Child Dedications, Family Dinners, staff gatherings) with excellence
● Ensure all Lubbock events are properly scheduled, staffed (including security), and facility-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee campus administrative operations including reception, office systems, office purchasing, and Planning Center workflow management.
• Manage campus financial processes including weekly giving counting, invoice review and submission, reimbursements, and coordination with the Accounting Company, ensuring adherence to established financial policies.
• Steward and monitor the Lubbock Campus Operations budget in coordination with the Campus Pastor.
• Lead campus utilization of Planning Center (Services, Groups, Registrations, People, Workflows) ensuring data integrity, follow-up effectiveness, and ministry alignment.
• Coordinate facility scheduling and room usage in partnership with the Facilities team to ensure proper setup, security coverage, and event readiness for church wide and office functions.
• Lead and coordinate weekly Sunday Syncs and QC Meetings for the campus.
• Execute and coordinate campus-wide events, collaborating with ministry leaders and Hub teams as needed.
• Support guest speakers and visiting leaders through logistical coordination, hospitality, communication, and on-site administrative support.
• Support HR as local rep and staff administrative functions in coordination with Hub leadership.
• Provide administrative support to the Campus Pastor including travel coordination, meeting preparation, communication follow-up, and vendor coordination.
